Promoting wellness through bodywork since 2011

About:

All sessions start with a consult to discuss areas of concern and goals for the session. We will then communicate throughout the session to make sure pressure is appropriate and that we are achieving your wellness goals. I use a combination of techniques to improve the soft tissue, range of motion and general well-being of the client. The client is always draped appropriately for modesty and comfort. After the session I will present some recommendations such as at home self-care or follow up sessions. Check out the services page to learn more.

Office visits:

HANDCRAFTED MASSAGE is transitioning from house calls to office visits. It is with great excitement that I am opening a new office located in Medical Lake. This space will provide a calming experience and the opportunity to provide even more great services such as hot stone, cupping, aromatherapies and more at no additional charge.

Booking in-office clients starting January 1, 2025.

Modalities offered:

have experience and specialize in the following types of treatment: swedish/ relaxation, prenatal, medical based, deep tissue, injury rehabilitation, sports/athletic, myofascial release, cupping, hot stone, reflexology, ice therapy, aromatherapy and manual lymph drainage. I am certified and specially endorsed by Washington state to practice intraoral massage. I am also licensed as a certified personal trainer and use this to educate clients about how they can improve their overall quality of life outside of regular massage sessions.

I have lived in Medical Lake for 10+ years. I am a mom to one teenage son. I am an avid reader, outdoor lover and enjoy bingo. I love to travel and try new foods. I compete in Spartan obstacle races all over the United States and have recently started taking an interest in ultra running. I attended Carrington College in 2011 where I received my massage therapy license and have enjoyed working as a therapist ever since. In 2024 I decided to obtain my personal training certification to couple with my massage therapy license. By expanding my scope of practice I am better able to serve my clients and expand my knowledge of health and wellness.

I believe in promoting wellness through quality bodywork. I have a passion for fitness, supporting others and continuing education to provide the highest level of care. I come from a varied background that ranges from spa work, chiropractic offices, working with athletes and spinal care.

I have been a professional member in good standing with Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals for over ten years. ABMP is the leading massage association in the US for massage & bodywork professionals.
