Promoting Wellness Through Bodywork
Each session begins with a consultation to discuss your concerns and goals. Throughout the massage, we’ll maintain open communication to ensure the pressure is comfortable and the treatment supports your wellness objectives. I use a variety of techniques designed to improve soft tissue function, enhance range of motion and promote overall well-being. For you comfort and privacy, you will always be appropriately draped. At the end of the session, I will provide personalized recommendations which may include self-care practices at home or suggested follow- up treatments.
